We are confident that you and your family will love our personal care products, money back guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we will refund your purchase.
The product must be at least half full and returned within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with shipping products back to Dr. Brite.
For all refund inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase.
48-72 hours after your package has been received, your credit card on file will be refunded. Refund includes price of products minus any shipping costs or discounts received.
If shipped internationally, any shipping charges, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
All online orders must be returned through Dr. Brite Customer Care and in-store purchases must be returned to the store of purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks after receipt of us receiving returned product for refund processing.
Within five (5) business days of receiving any damaged products please email email@example.com. We are not responsible for products reported damaged after this period of time.
Lost and Stolen Orders
Once we transfer Dr. Brite orders into our shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered. For lost of physically damaged orders please contact your local USPS.
Even though our products are made with all-natural and organic ingredients, it is possible you may experience an allergic reaction. In this extremely rare event, discontinue use and contact us within 72 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org.
